Amélie and Nicolas Coutand await your arrival at Les Genêts fine dining restaurant in Brem-sur-Mer nestled perfectly between Sables-d’Olonne and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
Following a sensory experience in Mirepoix in Ariège, they’ve returned home and set up in Parc des Genêts in Brem-sur-Mer.
This beautiful fully renovated mansion has 2 characterful dining rooms on the ground floor, an intimate function room on the first floor for meetings, corporate or family events.
Young chef Nicolas Coutand serves “bistronomic” lunches and “gastronomic” evening meals.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Tuesdays.
And opening bank holidays.
The restaurant is closed for annual leave from 14 November to 2 December at dinner.
