Discovering of our vegetable garden
In our garden we grow seasonal vegetables such as courgettes, carrots, beetroot, turnips and beans. Harvested in the evening by the kitchen team, they are used in our dishes for fresh recipes.
Flowers from the garden, picked in the morning, are used to add a little magic to our dishes.
The history of our hives
Our hives have grown from 4 to 6. For the pleasure of your taste buds, we harvest the honey once or twice a year: at the end of May and at the end of August when the harvest is good.
The flowers in the garden play an important role for our little housemates and their honey production.
