Nicolas Coutand, Head Chef, offers you a light, flavoursome meal. The menu is inspired by the market and local producers. The menu changes regularly, so that you can take full advantage of the fresh seasonal produce.

                    This menu is only served at lunchtime, excluding weekends and public holidays.
