Gastronomic journey in the Vendée
Amélie and Nicolas Coutand invite you to their new gastronomic restaurant Les Genêts in Brem-sur-Mer, ideally located between Les Sables-d'Olonne and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
After a tasty experience in Mirepoix in Ariège, they returned to their native land and took over the Parc des Genêts in Brem-sur-Mer.
This former mansion, entirely renovated, will host 2 rooms with different atmospheres on the ground floor and a room with an intimate atmosphere on the first floor for seminars, business or family meals.
Young chef Nicolas Coutand will be serving bistronomic cuisine for lunches during the week and gastronomic cuisine for dinners and weekends.
Les Genêts restaurant welcomes you for lunch from 12.15pm to 1.15pm from Wednesday to Sunday.
evenings from 7.30pm to 9pm from Wednesday to Saturday.
Low season: Closed Sunday evening and all day Monday and Tuesday

Originally from the Vendée, Chef Nicolas Coutand has worked at the Nikko Hotel in Paris, the Senate Restaurant in Paris, Troisgros in Roanne, the Richelieu on the Ile de Ré, the Castel Marie Louise in La Baule, and the Château de Mirambeau in Mirambeau.
Back to his roots in his native region, he imagines the best of the land and the sea. His cuisine, original, concise and tasty, explodes in the mouth, revealing extraordinary flavours and aromas!
